About the Role
As the Executive Account Director you are responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, overseeing account(s), account teams, and ensuring client satisfaction while driving growth and revenue for the consulting firm. You'll act as a strategic advisor, developing and implementing client strategies, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively and on time, in alignment with the initiatives overseen by product development.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact, and understanding their business needs.
Account Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategies to grow client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Management: Supervising and mentoring account teams, setting goals, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Project Management: Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time.
Revenue Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring the firm's profitability by managing client relationships and securing repeat business.
Client Engagement: Actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and ensure they are satisfied with the consulting firm's services.
Strategic Planning: Collaborating with clients to develop strategic plans and solutions that align with their business goals.
Budgeting and Financial Planning: Managing budgets and timelines for client projects, ensuring they are delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget.
