About the Role
As the content manager oversee the creation, management, and distribution of content across various platforms, ensuring each aligns with the company's goals and target audience. If assigned accounts, you can expect to collaborate with writers, designers, and other creators to develop engaging content, and set up monitoring systems to help the business monitor performance, and make adjustments to optimize results.
We don't expect you to master specific tools, but master techniques and strategies that help you to decide how to leverage the right set of tools to accomplish a specific task. You can expect to focus on some of the following ares:
• Content Management Systems (CMS): Use CMS platforms to manage and publish content.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and rankings.
• Analytics Tools: Use analytics tools to track content performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Social Media Management Tools: Use tools to schedule and manage social media content.
• Content Calendars: Create and maintain content calendars to plan and schedule content creation and distribution.

Content Management: Manage and organize content, ensuring it's accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for various platforms.
Content Distribution: Plan and execute the distribution of content across various channels, such as websites, social media, and email.
Content Optimization: Analyze content performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
Team Management: If a content manager oversees a team, they would be responsible for hiring, training, and managing content writers and other creators.
