Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Hiring:

• Job posting: Creating and managing job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

• Candidate screening: Reviewing applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and managing the hiring process.

• Onboarding: Coordinating new hire orientation, ensuring new employees have the necessary resources and information.

Employee Relations and Management

• Employee relations: Serving as a point of contact for employees on various HR-related matters, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.

• Performance management: Participating in performance evaluations, providing feedback to managers and employees.

• Employee recognition: Implementing programs to acknowledge and reward employee achievements.

Benefits and Compensation

• Benefits administration: Managing employee benefits, including enrolling employees in plans, processing changes, and communicating information.

• Compensation analysis: Assisting with salary surveys, and providing recommendations on compensation structures.

Compliance and Legal

• Compliance: Ensuring that the company's HR practices adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations.

• Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and payroll information.

• Training and development: Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and developing training materials.

• Safety and security: Contributing to a safe and secure work environment by implementing and monitoring safety protocols.
