1. This site is not the engagement

A.M. Tech Consulting publishes this website so prospective clients can understand the practice and request a consultation. Content here is general. It is not a proposal, a statement of work, or advice for a specific production system until we have a written engagement.

Booking a consultation does not create a client relationship, a duty of care, or a license to our methods. An engagement starts when both parties agree in writing — typically a statement of work covering scope, fees, and intellectual property.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Reliability, delivery speed, architecture, and applied AI depend on your systems, data, staffing, and constraints. We do not guarantee incident rates, uptime, shipping cadence, or model performance. Past work and published writing are not a promise of the same result.

3. Intellectual property and development work

The site, insights, and our preexisting methods, tools, and writing remain ours. You may not copy them as a product or a competing practice.

For paid work: your confidential systems, data, and business information remain yours. Software, runbooks, and other deliverables built for you are governed by the engagement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, we keep the right to reuse generalized engineering practice that does not include your confidential material.

Credentials, production access, and source repositories you provide are used only to perform the work and are handled as confidential.

4. Applied AI

Where an engagement includes models or automation, those systems can fail, drift, or produce incorrect output. Production use requires evaluation, ownership, and a fallback. We do not warrant that any model will be accurate, available, or appropriate for a decision that must be true.

5. Third parties

Scheduling is provided by Calendly. Hosting, email, and other vendors operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for those platforms except as the engagement requires when they are in the delivery path.

6. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, A.M. Tech Consulting is not liable for decisions you make from public site content alone, or for damages arising from use of this website. Liability for contracted work is limited as stated in the engagement.
